Sleep sex, or sexsomnia
Sleep sex, or sexsomnia, is a sleep disorder in which people engage in sexual behaviors while they are asleep. Those behaviors might include sexual noises or dirty talk, or they might involve masturbation, fondling another person, or even initiating intercourse.
Sexsomnia may be triggered by medication, sleep-related dissociative disorders, or sleep hallucinations.
